I’m quite a bit passionate about this issue, and I think it comes through in this article. I actually wrote about Japan’s child care system for my undergraduate thesis in 2015 (which you can find in my portfolio).
I hope you take away a new perspective on Japan and how they treat underprivileged youths. It’s not all anime and idol groups and sushi.
